The Silver Fox rabbit is a unique and rare American breed. Silver fox rabbits are a duel purpose breed. They are used for meat and fur. Adult females range from 10-12lbs while adult males range from 9-11lbs. Their fur is long and course with white ticking in it (the silvering). This is similar to an actual silver fox's fur. The long fur will stand up on end when stroked backwards and won't go down unless put back. They make good mothers with large litters. They also have friendly dispositions and love attention. (ARBA)
